Summary

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal resistance across business units. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute change management strategies and roadmaps aligned with project objectives.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Design and implement communication plans, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions.
Proactively manage resistance and provide support to employees and leaders.
Define KPIs, measure change effectiveness, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
Apply change management frameworks and best practices to ensure consistency across initiatives.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management into project plans.
Support multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating efforts when changes overlap.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in change management or transformation initiatives.
Experience with outreach or campaign programs and governance reporting.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Self-starter capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
