Job Title: SAP HR / Payroll Consultant – Solution Architect
Location : Remote
Contract : C2C
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Consultant/Architect for a blended functional and technical role. The ideal candidate will provide solution architecture leadership, support SAP HR and Payroll processes, and collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders. This role requires strong hands-on SAP HR/Payroll expertise combined with the ability to design, guide, and lead end-to-end SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide solution architecture and design guidance for SAP HR and Payroll implementations and enhancements
- Support and optimize SAP HCM/HR and Payroll processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Lead functional and technical design discussions with stakeholders
- Collaborate with business users, developers, integration teams, and external vendors
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP HR/Payroll solutions
- Oversee configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and organizational policies
- Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior consultants and team members
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in SAP HR/HCM and Payroll (functional and technical)
- Strong hands-on experience with Payroll configuration and processing
- Proven experience in SAP solution architecture and design
- Ability to work across functional and technical teams
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR and Payroll business processes
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM or SuccessFactors integrations
- Knowledge of SAP integrations, interfaces, and data migration
- SAP certifications in HCM/Payroll or related modules
- Experience in global or multi-country payroll environments
Work Environment:
