Service Now Developer

Introduction

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in our digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between traditional IT service excellence and advanced AI orchestration. You will lead the strategic oversight of our ServiceNow environment, ensuring the smooth operation of core modules while also implementing innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of the AI Control Tower (AICT) for centralized AI governance.
• Manage AI asset lifecycle including systems, models, and datasets.
• Enforce global AI regulations and monitor for bias and privacy risks.
• Develop and monitor real-time value dashboards to measure AI impact.
• Oversee technical architecture and delivery for core modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Discovery/Service Mapping.
• Lead enhancements and deployments for HRSD, CSM, and Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Maintain a healthy CMDB and adhere to the Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
• Manage a team of developers and administrators, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.
• Deploy generative AI skills to boost productivity and lead integrations with external systems.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Hands-on experience with AI Control Tower (AICT), Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
• Advanced scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Understanding of AI governance frameworks and regulatory standards.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
• Micro-certifications in AI Control Tower or Generative AI
