FACS Implementation & Support Specialist - Contract - Coral Gables, FL - $75.00 -$80.00/hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a FACS Implementation & Support Specialist in Coral Gables, FL.

Role Description
The role focuses on assisting credit collections agencies with the implementation and optimization of the FACS system, provided by FINVI. This involves setting up new business lines, managing integrations, leading design discussions, and providing training and guidance to internal resources.

Responsibilities:
Implementation and Support: You will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of the FACS system, ensuring it meets the needs of the credit collections agencies.
Business Line Setup: Setting up new business lines within the FACS system and managing the associated integrations.
Design Leadership: Leading design discussions to optimize system performance and functionality.
Training and Guidance: Training internal resources and providing ongoing guidance to ensure they can effectively use the system.
Operational Understanding: Having a good understanding of credit collections operations to ensure the system supports business processes effectively.

Skills & Requirements

4+ years of FACS (FINVI) implementation and support experience in large enterprise environments
Proven ability to set up new business lines and manage integrations
Strong leadership skills to lead design discussions and optimize system performance
Ability to train and provide ongoing guidance to internal resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of credit collections operations
Experience in optimizing and scaling business processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with FACS implementation and support, including setting up integrations and optimizing system performance.
Leadership: Ability to lead design discussions and provide training and guidance to internal teams.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders and provide white glove service.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Operational Knowledge: Understanding of credit collections operations to ensure the system supports business needs.
Experience in Credit Collections: Familiarity with credit collections operations and processes.
Business Process Optimization: Experience in optimizing and scaling business processes.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
This role requires a multi-hat approach, combining technical expertise, leadership, and operational knowledge to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of the FACS system for credit collections agencies.
