Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master - Contract or CTP - Miami, FL - $65.00 -$70.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Role Description
Position Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and constantly evolving environment. In this role, you will be a team mentor, dedicated to helping your team succeed. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as we are not a purist shop. You will facilitate refinement meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will establish metrics, track progress, identify risks, and create mitigation plans to drive the teams towards their goals. As a well-spoken and natural leader, you enjoy building relationships and tackling challenges with high energy and enthusiasm to make things happen.
Skills & Requirements
Highly organized, with the ability to build roadmaps, track dependencies, and tenaciously resolve blockers
Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence
Strong understanding of Lean, Agile (Scrum & Kanban), and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to apply the appropriate approach based on team needs, environment, and constraints
Skilled at training and coaching team members on Scrum and XP-related artifacts (DoR, DoD, User Stories, Story Points, etc.) without being pushy
Displays a 'continuous learning' mindset, always seeking to expand lean/agile knowledge and experience
Capable of leading distributed and remote teams
Holds the team accountable to the agreements they set and the commitments they make
Skilled at socializing and discussing team dashboards (burn-ups, burn-downs, etc.)
Drives continuous improvement
Demonstrates servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
Accountable for coordinating cross-team dependencies and tenaciously removing blockers
Leads prioritization discussions and helps teams to focus on delivering the highest priorities
Assists the Product Manager/Owner in managing the backlog effectively
Builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame
Helps establish a culture of collaboration where teams are willing to try new ideas without fear of failure
Facilitates ongoing team planning activities and cross-team Scrum ceremonies
