Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across enterprise implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion pillars, act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, and drive scalable, integrated cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture across one or more pillars: Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, or Projects.
• Conduct discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into robust Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Define end-to-end architecture, including integrations, extensions, reporting, and security.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure aligned solution delivery.
• Provide hands-on guidance for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP services, and PaaS extensions.
• Oversee solution design for reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and HDL.
• Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices and support scalability, performance, and security.
• Act as a key stakeholder liaison, providing clear documentation and architectural direction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/EPM/HCM implementations.
• 3 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong expertise in at least one Oracle Fusion pillar:
• Finance
• Procurement
• SCM
• HCM
• Projects
• Proven experience designing and leading Oracle Cloud solution architectures.
• Strong hands-on understanding of:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• REST & SOAP Web Services
• Extensions using VBCS / PaaS
• Reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, HDL
• Solid understanding of enterprise business processes:
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Core HCM processes
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Architect certification(s).
• Experience with multi-pillar, multi-country, or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Industry experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, or Technology.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
