Senior Adobe Target & Analytics Developer - Contract - Atlanta, GA - $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Senior Adobe Target & Analytics Developer in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site
experiences.
Transmit and partner with development and business teams regarding the
execution against the desired testing strategy.
Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site management and creative to
ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Adobe Target & Analytics: Implement and configure Adobe Target for website. Set
up and manage Target activities, including A/B tests, multivariate tests, and
personalized experiences. Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user
engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Design and implement CJA or Adobe Analytics solutions to accurately track
user interactions and behaviors across digital platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve data collection issues, working closely with
developers to implement fixes and enhancements.
Interpret test results and provide insights for data-driven decision-making
Personalization Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and UX teams to
develop and implement personalized content and user experiences.
Recommendations: Provide recommendations for personalized offers and
experiences based on data analysis and user behavior.
Utilize Adobe Target's audience segmentation features for targeted
messaging.
Continuously iterate on strategies to improve targeting accuracy and
effectiveness.
Implement and troubleshoot custom JavaScript solutions within Adobe
Target for specific business requirements
Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across the marketing
ecosystem.
Work closely with data analysts to integrate Adobe Target data into overall
analytics reporting.
Utilize insights from analytics data to refine and optimize targeting
strategies.
Conduct thorough testing of Adobe Target activities to ensure proper
functionality and accurate data collection.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to Target & Analytics
implementations.
Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site
experiences.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve data collection
issues.
Monitor and analyze web traffic and user behavior.
Optimize data collection processes and methodologies.
Conduct regular audits of analytics implementations.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Create
custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable
insights to stakeholders.
Work with data analysts and data scientists to analyze data and provide
insights that drive business decisions.
Skills & Requirements
Strong-to-advanced proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and website debug skills.
Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer
success.
Architect, configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build multi-channel
campaigns.
Assess and audit the current state of platform configuration and accelerate
remediation plans.
Monitor the effectiveness of a/b tests, digital campaigns and iterate to yield higher
ROI (return on investment). Accelerate implementation and achieve ROI on the
Adobe Target investment.
Analyze data to understand digital client journeys and customer profiles to make
recommendations that will drive higher usage and relevance of our digital channels
to customers.
Expand and enhance Digital Analytics with a disciplined Test & Learn approach and
provide personalized experiences based on audience.
Collaborate with product management, marketing, analytics team, and fellow
technologists to design, develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences
and end to end performance measurement.
5+ years or experience as an Adobe Target/Tag Manager/Adobe Analytics/CJA
Implementation Engineer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of A/B Test and Learn,
Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics including configuration, reporting, and
troubleshooting.
Data layer expertise and experience. Must have designed data layer and foundation
for setting up Adobe Analytics for large sites.
Knowledge of Adobe Variables, Events, Classifications and Processing Rules.
Utilizing debugging tools relevant to Adobe Analytics, such as Adobe Debugger,
browser developer tools.
Creating Web Analytics Dashboards.
Co-designing A/B experiments, owning test readouts and analyses.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. And ability to handle multiple
projects and priorities.
