GenAI Full-Stack Developer

Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite Hybrid 2 days per week)

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy advanced AI-driven applications that integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, and dynamic agent workflows. This role is onsite in Tampa two days per week.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop end-to-end GenAI applications using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Build and optimize agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, tools, memory, and orchestration.
• Implement and manage vector databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for embedding-based retrieval.
• Architect scalable back-end services including APIs, pipelines, and inference layers.
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.) into production applications with best practices around prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Work cross-functionally with data, product, and engineering teams to deliver GenAI features.
• Optimize system performance, latency, and cost while maintaining reliability.
• Support frontend integration as needed (React, Next.js, or similar).
• Stay current with rapid advancements in generative AI and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent project experience).
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend and AI development.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph building agent workflows.
• Deep experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, tokenization, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building APIs and full-stack applications (FastAPI, Flask, Node, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience deploying AI systems to production.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Weights & Biases, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with front-end frameworks for GenAI UI development.
• Contributions to open-source GenAI projects or personal portfolio demonstrating agent systems.

Work Environment :

• Hybrid onsite schedule: 2 days per week in Tampa office.
• Collaborative, fast-paced team working on cutting-edge AI applications.
