Job Details
The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary technical review teams, troubleshooting project-related issues, and providing technical and management advice to department personnel. The Project Manager will also facilitate meetings, develop departmental plans, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary technical review teams.
- Facilitate and troubleshoot problems associated with developing complex systems.
- Provide technical and management advice to department management and personnel.
- Respond to inquiries about projects.
- Chair various project review and pre-submittal meetings.
- Establish and maintain liaison with boards, committees, and commissions.
- Assist in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Perform project design for assigned projects.
- Coordinate schedules of staff and other interested parties.
