ERP Implementation Project Manager - Contract - Chicago, IL - $90.00 - $100.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a ERP Implementation Project Manager in Chicago, IL.
Role Description
Manage the implementation for a very complicated and complex IFS Cloud ERP. Current PM has been On the job for 6 weeks and has lost control. Someone from the client is managing tasks, Kane has not Built out a schedule, Go Live date of Aug 2025 (will most likely need to push that out). Expectations That this person build out a schedule within the first 30-60 days.
Challenges to expect: getting buy in from all the stakeholders. The client has people with big Personalities who will push back and try to take control. The PM has an executive sponsor To support them from the client side
Complicated project: there are also 4 new software implementations going on at the same time. Lots of Data migration. This person needs to coordinate with internal stakeholders, and 4 companies who all Own a piece of this major implementation - putting controls in place for testing, etc.
Skills & Requirements
Tier 1 ERP Implementation Experience (example SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics)
Ability to reign in a complex project, build out a schedule with many details (incl testing, multiple companies, multiple data migrations, etc.)
Soft skills are critical - the client has people who are not willing to let go. This PM needs to use finesse and communicate effectively
Accounting, Finance & Operations ERP Experience (NOT HR Modules)
IFS Implementation
Joined an ERP implementation mid way through and got it on track and completed
Construction Industry experience
