Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter SAP PLMSI Integration Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of PLM ERP integration. The consultant will be responsible for enabling seamless data exchange between Siemens Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA using PLMSI (Product Lifecycle Management System Integration). This role requires strong expertise in PLM/ERP integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the integration of Teamcenter with SAP S/4HANA using PLMSI.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into integration design specifications.
Configure and customize Teamcenter SAP integration settings, including material master, BOMs, routings, and change management data.
Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and IT teams to ensure alignment of processes across systems.
Provide end-to-end support for incidents, enhancements, and performance optimization in Production environments.
Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve integration issues.
Document processes, integration flows, and technical configurations.
Train business and technical stakeholders on integration best practices.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience with Siemens Teamcenter (configuration, data model, workflows).
Strong hands-on expertise with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), especially in MM, PP, and BOM management.
Deep knowledge of PLMSI framework and standard Teamcenter SAP integration scenarios.
Familiarity with Teamcenter Gateway for SAP, T4S/T4O, or similar integration tools.
Experience in data migration, transformation, and mapping between PLM and ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience in SAP RISE with S/4HANA Cloud environments.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines for integration.
Familiarity with other PLM systems and enterprise integration frameworks.
SAP certification or Siemens PLM certification
