Role: Sr. Product Manager Merchant Acquiring / Embedded Finance Domain

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ | Sunnyvale, CA | New York, NY

Experience: 15+ years (Banking / Financial Services preferred)

Are you passionate about building scalable, high-impact financial products?

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in Merchant Acquiring or Embedded Finance to drive innovation and deliver seamless payment and transaction experiences.

What You'll Do:

Define and document detailed product requirements, funding flows, and transaction lifecycles.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure technical precision and business alignment.
Design and maintain process maps, data flow diagrams, and system interactions.
Collaborate on API, UI/UX, and data analytics to ensure robust delivery and performance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, UAT, and release management to ensure quality and on-time execution.

What We're Looking For

10+ years in Product Management within Merchant Acquiring or Embedded Finance.
Expertise in business process mapping, requirements documentation, and transaction flow design.
Strong collaboration skills with engineering, QA, and product teams.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or MS Visio.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Plus: Agile/Scrum or Business Analysis certification (CBAP).
