Job Details

We re looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Merchant Acquiring or Embedded Finance, who can bridge business vision with technical execution. If you thrive on solving complex payment flows and driving clarity between business and engineering this role is for you.

What You ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end product documentation PRDs, transaction and funding flow design, and business rules.

  • Partner with engineering, QA, and data teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

  • Design detailed process maps and transaction lifecycles, ensuring accuracy from initiation to settlement.

  • Support Agile delivery through backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in Product Management within Banking / Financial Services / Merchant Acquiring / Embedded Finance.

  • Proven ability in business process mapping, transaction documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset and structured communication style.

  • Exposure to APIs, microservices, and digital banking platforms is highly desirable.

Education: Bachelor s in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Bonus: Agile / Scrum / CBAP certification.
