  • Knowledge of financial services, banking, fintech platforms and/or payments lifecycle (acquiring, tokenization, payouts, risk, onboarding, or settlements)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to influence diverse groups through data-driven decisions.
  • Experience communicating with senior leaders, external clients, and partners.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

What is nice to have:
  • Demonstrated passion for leading change and encouraging teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.
  • Experience with ISVs, marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or embedded finance solutions.
  • Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA (Agile/Scrum methodologies) is a plus
  • Understanding of call center operations for product support.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
