Web Developer - Contract - Princeton, NJ - $52.48 - $52.48/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Web Developer in Princeton, NJ.
Role Description
Partner with the IT matrix team on strategic planning & delivery of the Technical Product (CMS/publishing platforms), and integrate web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to support customer engagement insights.
Support the Product Owner in planning and managing the product roadmap, incorporating measurement frameworks for digital initiatives.
Collaborate in identifying product gaps and analytics requirements to support data-informed enhancements.
Manage the building, delivery, operations, and measurement of product features.
Monitor the quality, performance, and analytics data of product features in real-time; track KPIs and user behavior metrics.
Perform ongoing maintenance to ensure reliability and scalability of the platform and its data tracking layers.
Develop and manage the product test plan, including validating data layer specifications and tracking tags.
Support User Acceptance and Regression Testing; validate analytics tagging is functioning as expected.
Stay up to date with product features and emerging analytics capabilities.
Provide guidance and troubleshoot web analytics tagging, site data issues, and content performance concerns.
Provide basic CSS/JS support for site-specific functionality; assist in writing user stories for analytics enhancements.
Recommend technology strategies and roadmaps that include measurement, reporting, and optimization capabilities.
Identify opportunities for optimization based on analytics insights and customer behavior trends.
Skills & Requirements
Must Have List:
More than 2 years of experience with the following:
Strong hands-on experience with Web Content Management tools, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with a focus on front-end development. Backend development experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience with building or authoring AEM websites using templates/components.
Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of hands-on industry work experience in the websites domain
Familiarity with agile development cycle and awareness of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Highly preferred:
Preferred experience of product management within the healthcare domain.
Support Product Owner from a technical standpoint to ensure robust product delivery.
Manage build, test & deployment processes for the product rollouts.
Manage product QA/UAT/Post PTP testing process.
Build/Manage effective authoring guide and training videos for product modules
Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
Experience using analytics insights to guide A/B testing, personalization, or content strategy decisions.
