Business Analyst Workday Finance Implementation
Key Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of Workday Finance (preferably) or HCM implementation programs including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
Establish, monitor, and rigorously manage critical milestones and deliverables to ensure project success and timely completion, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to keep the program on track.
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project.
Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and change management strategies.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between finance, HR, IT, and business operations to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Workday Finance modules.
Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and report on progress to senior leadership and client executives.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls throughout the implementation process.
Champion change management and training initiatives to maximize user adoption and realization of business benefits.
