Your new role

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Lead job-related meetings and safety initiatives.
• Document project progress and maintain detailed records.
• Supervise subcontractor performance to ensure contract compliance.
• Manage project closings, update punch lists, and prepare final documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed as a Superintendent, candidates should have:

• Experience: Several years in construction management, overseeing projects from start to finish. Must have experience working with complex MEP projects, ideally within the hospitality space.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure smooth operations on-site.
