Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Lead (Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management Lead) Type: Contract / Full-Time (Long-Term 6+ Months)
Location: Hybrid San Francisco Bay Area
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Lead to drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, and support activities. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, strong technical expertise, and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements across multiple modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and propose effective solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Oversee and execute integrations, data conversions, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and manage fast formulas, personalizations, BI Publisher reports, and data extracts.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems through HDL, web services, and PaaS-based integrations.
- Drive Redwood enablement and other modernization initiatives.
- Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices to functional and technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 15 years of overall experience, with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Applications.
- Proven track record of delivering at least 5 full life-cycle implementations specifically in Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment Cloud, and Workforce Compensation modules.
- Strong functional expertise in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Deep technical proficiency in HDL, Fast Formulas, BIP Reports, Data Extracts, and Redwood UI.
- Experience with data migration, historical data conversion, and integration methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
