We are seeking a mid-level Oracle HCM Cloud AMS/Support Lead to provide on-site application support and maintenance services for Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Learning modules.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business users to resolve issues and support ongoing enhancements.
Required Skills:
4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with expertise in Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Learning.
Strong understanding of HCM business processes and configurations.
Experience in AMS/support environments with ticketing tools and SLA-driven delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for direct business-user interaction.
Ability to troubleshoot independently and escalate when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in relevant modules.
Experience working in onsite-offshore support models.
Familiarity with integration touchpoints and data flows between Oracle HCM and other systems.
