Job Description:

We are looking for a strong SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant to work closely with the client on production and quality management processes, system enhancements, and MES-SAP integrations. The role involves regular collaboration, technical documentation, and managing configuration activities across multiple plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle JIRA tickets related to PP and QM processes including incidents, enhancements, and change requests.
• Perform enhancements, configurations, and documentation and ensure approvals from the customer functional and technical leads.
• Prepare and review functional specification documents (FSDs) for PP/QM developments and interfaces.
• Work on SAP MES interfaces (using OData or SOAP services), including data mapping and validation between SAP and MES.
• Conduct configuration review meetings to identify open issues, client requirements, and present configuration deliverables.
• Manage batch management and interface integration aspects between SAP PP and MES.
• Support EWM-related activities at select plants, focusing on handling units and warehouse process alignment with production.
• Provide expertise in Quality Management processes, including inspection lots, results recording, and usage decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for testing, documentation, and system migration activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8 12 years of experience in SAP PP/QM with a strong functional background.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in SAP QM.
• Proven experience in MES-SAP integration using OData/SOAP services.
• Strong understanding of batch management and production process flows.
• Experience with enhancements, configuration, and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with JIRA and change management processes.
• Exposure to EWM integration and handling unit management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills with client-facing experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in Pharma or Life Sciences industry.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA environment.
• Familiarity with global template design and deployment.
