About the Role
The UX / Graphic Designer will work on cross-platform design projects from concept to completion, following brand guidelines and collaborating closely with creatives, copywriters, media, and digital teams. This role blends first-hand design execution, creative problem-solving, and production expertise to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Execution
* Work from pure design-led projects and/or brand guidelines to create cross-platform design work.
* Expand and execute visual campaign concepts across digital and print mediums.
* Ensure accuracy, diligence, and brand consistency in all designs.
* Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining focus and high-quality output.
Collaboration & Communication
* Partner with creatives, copywriters, media, and digital teams to deliver top-tier creative work.
* Present and articulate design concepts internally to stakeholders.
* Stay engaged with emerging design trends, attending events, and connecting with the wider creative community.
Technical Expertise
* Create and refine designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
* Understand best practices and differences between print and digital mediums.
* Knowledge of motion graphics/video/animation (After Effects, Animate, Premiere) as a plus.
* Understanding HTML/HTML5 and CSS is beneficial but not required.
* Proven understanding of typography, layout, color, and grid structures.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in graphic design or related roles.
* Strong online portfolio highlighting digital and cross-platform design work.
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative, demanding project-based environment.
* Highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively.
