Overview
We are seeking an Azure .NET Architect with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, full-stack development, and healthcare compliance. The role involves designing secure, scalable, and cloud-native healthcare applications on Microsoft Azure, ensuring alignment with HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Azure-basedhealthcare applications.
- Develop and guide microservices, Web APIs, and full-stack solutions (React).
- Ensure HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, and NIST compliance (PHI/PII protection, audit trails, secure logging).
- Integrate with healthcare standards: FHIR, HL7, DICOM, EHR/EMR systems.
- Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Azure cloud-native practices.
- Collaborate with clinicians, business stakeholders, and mentor development teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software development, 4+ years in an architect role.
- Strong in .NET 6/7/8, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, EF Core.
- Frontend skills: React/Angular/Blazor.
- Azure expertise: App Service, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, FDA Class II, and healthcare workflows.
- Familiar with FHIR/HL7, DICOM imaging, Azure AD B2C/SSO, OAuth2, RBAC.
Preferred
- Microsoft Azure Architect/Developer certification.
- Healthcare IT certifications (e.g., CPHIMS, HITRUST).
- Experience with medical imaging, AI/ML in healthcare, or telehealth platforms.
