Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Support Developer to join our technology team. This role is critical to maintaining the stability and reliability of our platform. You'll be responsible for investigating, diagnosing, and resolving production issues, ensuring a seamless experience for our users. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our office, and you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production incidents efficiently
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues
  • Design and enhance platform components using C# and XAML
  • Partner with development, QA, operations, and client services teams to prioritize and resolve technical challenges
  • Provide technical support for client implementations, including configuration, troubleshooting, and solution delivery
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development and support processes, tools, and documentation

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a C# developer
  • Proficiency with MSSQL and Microsoft Web API
  • Familiarity with XAML-based technologies (UWP, WPF, Xamarin) is a plus
  • Experience with XML and JSON
  • Background in B2B application development
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
