Role Overview:
Client is seeking a skilled Performance Engineer to join its team under a managed service model.
The ideal candidate will ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of banking applications through rigorous performance testing and engineering practices.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure teams to validate non-functional requirements
and optimize application performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools: LoadRunner, JMeter, BlazeMeter
Proficiency in monitoring tools: Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk
Strong understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Azure
Technical expertise in Java and .NET applications
Ability to interpret performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
