Release Train Engineer/Change Coordinator/Change Manager.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Quick learner and self-starter with ability to work independently
Work with project team to understand release requirements, coordinate details of release and ensure all approvals are gathered
Adherence to Enterprise Change Management Standards using key toolsets including JIRA, Release Manager and BMC Remedy
Excellent time management skills / ability to prioritize tasks / efficient worker
Strong analytical skills / problem solving / conceptual thinking
Ability to understand existing processes and communicate and train others in their adherence
Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, etc)
Document processes, procedures and workflows associated with applications.
Adept at handling multiple tasks and pivots fluidly to support daily changing requirements.

Top Job Qualifications:

Detailed oriented with ability to quickly understand and follow the defined Enterprise Change Process for release readiness and delivery
Strong communication skills with ability to drive processes across organization.
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence and BMC Remedy knowledge
Familiar with ITSM Remedy
Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile experience
Experience in Release Management.
