Title: AI Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, Hybrid
Fulltime position
Job Descriptions
- Build AI features using RAG, LangChain, LLM agents, and internal bots.
- Integrate internal/external data sources into AI pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to shape requirements and solutions.
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant AI operations, guardrails, logging, and monitoring.
- Optimize accuracy, performance, and adoption of AI features.
- Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors.
- Share AI best practices and support team enablement.
Who You Are
- 1 5 years in AI/ML/Data/Software Engineering with LLM experience.
- Hands-on with LangChain/LlamaIndex/AutoGen, vector DBs, prompt engineering.
- Comfortable with cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
- Strong communicator, collaborative, proactive, and execution-focused.
- Thrives in fast-paced, growing organizations.
Bonus Skills
- RAG expertise; Python/Node; full-stack exposure.
- MLOps/LLMOps, experimentation, model monitoring.
- SQL, pandas, NumPy proficiency.
- B2B, growth-stage, healthcare, or top-tier AI product experience.
