Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales professional to accelerate our growth in the Healthcare and MedTech space — one of the most rapidly evolving sectors today. You will work with a high performing team targeting innovative healthcare providers, MedTech firms, and digital health disruptors to bring cutting-edge technology solutions to life.
You will represent a strong portfolio across cloud, data engineering, IoT, ML/AI and digital product development, helping clients solve critical challenges like connected care, predictive analytics, and platform modernization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative environment and is excited by the opportunity to shape digital transformation in healthcare through emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the Healthcare and MedTech sectors.
- Own and manage sales cycle – from lead generation and solutioning to proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Collaborate with practice leaders, presales, and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions that address client needs.
- Build and nurture CXO-level relationships within target accounts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes (HIPAA, FDA, etc.), and the evolving needs of clients in the health sector.
- Represent company at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to drive brand visibility and thought leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–12 years of experience in IT services or consulting sales, with at least 3 years focused on Healthcare/MedTech domains.
- Proven track record of selling technology services (application development, data & analytics, cloud, or product engineering).
- Experience engaging with product owners, CIOs, CMOs, CTOs, and Procurement/Sourcing departments.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation trends in Healthcare (e.g., EHRs, interoperability, patient engagement, digital health apps) and/or MedTech (e.g., connected devices, software as a medical device, compliance-driven software).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
