ServiceNow HRSD Architect - Contract or CTP - Remote - $86.36- $86.36/hr.

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Architect for a remote opportunity.

Role Description

This position focuses on HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their in-depth technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform by working hand-in-hand with our customers to ensure that the solution implemented meets best in class technical and practical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading the design, development and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions
Design, development & implementation, Customization and Maintenance of HRSD Modules such as HR Service Configuration, HR Criteria, Catalog Item, Security Configurations, Assignment Rules, country-based notifications etc.
Developing custom applications, workflows, UI policies, Business Rules, and UI Builder interfaces within ServiceNow.
Provide solution guidance and facilitate discovery, design, and implementation sessions.
Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues, ensuring optimal performance.
Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and configuration guides.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to event ingestion and alert generation.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to client internal teams.

Skills & Requirements

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
Deep knowledge of HR processes, case management, and knowledge management within ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ServiceNow Human Resources Certified Implementation Specialist
ITIL 4 Foundations
Proficiency in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript).
Experience with REST/SOAP, Glide API integrations and Flow Designer within ServiceNow.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with CMDB configuration and data management.
Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization practices.
External Client consulting experience highly preferred
Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred
Experience leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously
