Job Description:

Lead end-to-end PLM architecture and solution design using Siemens Teamcenter.
Drive package/product selection activities including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, fit-gap analysis, and proof of concept.
Define PLM solution architecture, data models, and integration frameworks (CAD, ERP, MES, ALM, etc.).
Provide thought leadership in Teamcenter modules and deployment options (Active Workspace, BMIDE, Change Management, Classification, etc.).
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define the PLM roadmap, governance, and migration strategy.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend modernization or upgrades leveraging latest Teamcenter features or cloud offerings.
Support RFP/RFI processes and mentor teams through implementation and integration.

Desired Skills:

Experience with other PLM tools (e.g., Windchill, Enovia, Aras Innovator).
Familiarity with Cloud-native PLM solutions (Teamcenter X, SaaS PLM).
