Role Description
We are looking for a seasoned POS Solution Architect with specialized knowledge in Food & Beverage (F&B) and Retail environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, integrating, and optimizing Point of Sale (POS) solutions to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and improve transaction efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the POS architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. Experience in theme park, entertainment, and/or hospitality domains would be highly advantageous

Job Description:
1. Solution Architecture & Design:
Focus on ticketing, operations, integration, and financial posting.
Design scalable, high-performance POS solutions for F&B and retail outlets, including in-store, mobile, kiosk, and self-checkout systems.
Ensure seamless integration with inventory management, loyalty programs, and back-office applications.
Develop multi-channel solutions that enhance order management, payments, and customer engagement.
Possess solid experience in POS, integrations (including detailed data mapping), and financials.
2. Performance Optimization:
Optimize for high-volume transactions during peak business hours.
Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to prevent service disruptions.
3. Data Management & Analytics:
Enable real-time reporting and analytics for sales, inventory, and customer behavior.
4. Documentation & Standards:
Create and maintain detailed architecture diagrams, configuration documents, and integration protocols.
Establish best practices and standards for POS deployment and maintenance.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Finance teams to align POS strategies with business goals.
Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for staff to ensure smooth system adoption
