Location: US - Remote

About Us:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand on a mission to deliver exceptional products and experiences to our customers. As we scale, we are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance and brand marketing initiatives across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth
Own the customer acquisition funnel across paid and organic channels
Analyze data and market trends to adjust strategies and ensure KPIs are being met
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and affiliate platforms
Track ROAS, CPA, and other critical performance metrics
Collaborate with creative and product teams to run A/B tests and continuously improve ad performance
Email, SMS & CRM
Oversee lifecycle marketing campaigns including email, push notifications, and SMS
Improve customer retention and LTV through targeted segmentation and personalized automation flows
Own CRM platform (e.g., Klaviyo or similar) and reporting dashboards
Content & SEO
Guide content strategy to improve brand awareness and organic visibility
Manage SEO best practices, site structure, and content optimization
Collaborate with content creators and agencies on blog and social media content
Website & CRO
Work with tech/UX teams to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
Analyze heatmaps, user journeys, and funnel drop-offs to make data-backed optimizations
Team & Vendor Management
Lead a small team of in-house specialists or freelancers (PPC, SEO, design, content)
Coordinate with external agencies and platforms when required
Manage digital marketing budget efficiently and report on spend vs. returns
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role within an e-commerce/D2C brand
Strong command over digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Klaviyo, Shopify/Magento, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
Creative mindset with an eye for branding, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
Experience managing a team or working with external agencies
Knowledge of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and marketplaces (Amazon, etc.) is a plus
