Job Description :-
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic operations team supporting statewide IT initiatives. This role requires a self-motivated professional who thrives in collaborative environments, can manage ambiguity, and contributes with minimal supervision.
The Business Analyst will support requirements gathering, dashboard development, asset management, release coordination, configuration management, and documentation processes. The position also involves training, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid IT Services change management requirements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Medicaid IT Services
- 5+ years of experience with ChangeMan Tool
- 2+ years of experience with Translator Tool
- 5+ years of experience with BMC Footprints ticketing system
- 3+ years of experience with QA testing
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Adaptability, flexibility, self-motivation, and problem-solving ability
- Analytical thinking, time management, and ability to work effectively under pressure
Preferred Skills
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and assist with project deliverables
- Build interactive dashboards and support asset management initiatives
- Coordinate intake and release processes, including RFC distribution, LOE collection, and reporting
- Provide weekly release reports and monthly metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders on special projects under leadership direction
- Serve as backup for configuration management and software migrations into production
- Verify approvals for application changes and maintain compliance documentation
- Train staff on updated processes, tools, and configuration management software
- Work closely with technical writers to centralize and maintain artifacts
- Onboard and train new team members on operational processes
