The work:As a S/4HANA EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting requirement gathering workshops and documenting requirements, KDDs, and performing a fit/gap analysis. This includes configuring, designing, and testing S/4HANA EAM solution and integrating with other SAP modules. This resource is a SME with deep knowledge and experience in asset lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities:- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA EAM modules
- Collaborate with business users to understand asset management requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions
- Configure preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes, including maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, and work orders
- Integrate EAM with related modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), FI/CO (Finance and Controlling), and QM (Quality Management)
- Support master data management for technical objects (equipment, functional locations, bills of material)
- Provide guidance on best practices for maintenance strategy, asset performance management, and reliability-centered maintenance
- Develop functional design documents (FDDs), perform testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance), and support cutover and post-go-live stabilization
- Conduct end-user training and produce system documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom enhancements, interfaces, and reports using SAP Fiori, BTP, and related tools
- Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA innovations in Intelligent Asset Management, Predictive Maintenance, and Mobile Asset Management
Here's what you need:- 4+ years of experience in SAP EAM / PM module
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning, execution, and asset lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of integration points with procurement, finance, and production
- Experience with Fiori apps, SAP BTP extensions, and S/4HANA best practices
Nice to have:- SAP certification in S/4HANA Asset Management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Eligibility Requirements:- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government clearance
- Ability to travel 25% to the client site

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
