RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a direct client looking for a SAP S/4 Hana Techno Functional resource with expertise working in the utilities industry. This is a contract to hire opportunity and will be required to work on-site in the client's Belmar, NJ location 2-3 days a week.
Summary:
In this role, the Developer will design, develop, and implement SAP S/4 Hana Utilities solutions that support the unique requirements of the utilities industry. This role involves end-to-end solution ownership - from analysis and configuration through integration and ongoing support - with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient SAP solutions on RISE with SAP.
Responsibilities:
* Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4 Hana Utilities solutions aligned with business requirements
* Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
* Develop custom enhancements, integrations, and extensions using SAP development tools and technologies
* Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems
* Perform functional reviews, technical design (high-level and detail-level), build, and code reviews
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization post-implementation
* Stay current with SAP S/4 Hana and Utilities industry best practices and innovations
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
* Proven experience with SAP S/4 Hana Utilities (IS-U) implementations
* Strong understanding of utility industry processes (Billing, Device Management, Meter-to-Cash, etc.)
* Hands-on experience in configuration, development (ABAP, CDS Views, Fiori), and system integration
* Familiarity with RISE with SAP, BTP, and cloud deployment models
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
