(HU) Salesforce Administrator/Developer - CTP - Sanford, NC - $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a (HU) Salesforce Administrator/Developer in Sanford, NC.
Role Description
This is an opportunity for a Salesforce Developer to join a corporate information technology (IT) team. This person will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development to drive the evolution of organizations Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, ensuring we continue to meet the changing needs of their global customer base with efficiency and innovation. They will be a key player in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Salesforce solutions, directly impacting their ability to continue growing and leading the world in smart, sustainable water solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce.com (SFDC) solutions to support business requirements, enhancing functionality and improving user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide technical insight, and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.
Manage the Salesforce environment, including customizations, configurations, and integrations with external systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, enhancing their understanding and use of the platform.
Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to our ecosystem.
Skills & Requirements
Degree not required; however strong preference is to be Salesforce certified and/or have more experience in salesforce in lieu of a degree.
If Degreed, only 1-3 years of professional hands on salesforce admin/dev exp is required. This includes experience in Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
They are using Salesforce Unlimited Version (SaaS version)
Must have a thorough understanding of Salesforce platform features, configuration options, and data management tools.
They should have experience in data structures, SQL Queries, Salesforce configuration, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Field Service Cloud.
Must have advanced experience creating and optimizing Salesforce Flows for process automation.
Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, integration, custom development, and deployment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salesforce developer certification(s) strongly preferred.
