Role: Press Ganey Reporting Analyst
Client Location: Complete remote- No travel needed.

Our client is a leading regional clinical health care system located in New York. The Director of Applications is looking to hire a full-time Press Ganey Reporting Analyst for his organization.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leveraging Press Ganey to analyze client and company data to create insightful reports for the healthcare industry, focusing on areas like patient experience and workforce engagement. Key responsibilities include data analysis, interpretation, and visualization, producing high-quality reports and presentations, collaborating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring data accuracy. Essential skills include proficiency in Excel, SQL, and potentially data quality tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights for clients. Press Ganey product reporting experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
Analyzing healthcare data (patient experience, workforce, safety) to identify key trends and actionable insights for clients
Report & Deliverable Creation:
Developing and presenting high-quality data reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Client Collaboration:
Working with client-facing teams to understand client needs and delivering customized reporting solutions to meet those needs.
Data Quality & Accuracy:
Implementing and enforcing data quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluating and enhancing reporting processes to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in tools like Excel, and potentially SQL, data visualization tools (like Tableau), and perhaps AI tools for automation.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative information
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (like The Joint Commission, CMS), and health plan data is often a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to various audiences
