We are seeking a Programmer Analyst 6 with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications. The candidate will also serve as a System Architect, leading project tasks including requirements gathering, planning, designing, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing support.
Assignments will follow standard system engineering methodologies and involve working across web and client/server environments.
Responsibilities
Lead Dynamics 365 and Power Platform project activities from requirement analysis to deployment.
Design and document architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms with integrations and authentication.
Develop, test, and deploy application releases, updates, and enhancements.
Manage CICD and release processes across Dynamics 365 environments.
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues under pressure.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prepare documentation, technical instructions, presentations, and status reports.
Identify and mitigate technical risks/issues.

Experience with Microsoft Azure platform

Strong experience in CI/CD, Release Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure
