Role: Logility Production Support Analyst

Location: REMOTE

Duration: Full Time

Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 7-8 years of experience in production support or IT support roles, preferably with experience in Logility, ERP systems, or supply chain management software.
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and data validation, with the ability to troubleshoot issues at the data layer (e.g., using SQL queries).
Familiarity with Logility software modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management is highly desirable.
Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills:
Ability to analyze system performance, identify issues quickly, and provide actionable solutions, leveraging strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience with system integration (e.g., API, ETL processes) and ensuring smooth data flow between Logility and other enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, and TMS.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical business stakeholders and documenting incident resolutions effectively.
High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and minimal disruption to production operations.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., business, technical, and operational) to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of Logility processes.
