Scrum Master - Contract - Mt.Laurel, NJ - $ 58.46 - 58.46 /hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Scrum Master in Mt.Laurel, NJ.

Role Description

Experience/ Technical Skills
Pre-Requisite:
BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related technical field
Solid understanding of Wi-Fi antennas, frequency coordination, 802.11 WLAN technologies and IP protocols.
Excellent communication skills
Moderate level knowledge of scripting
Troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
5+ years of experience in networking and wireless technologies.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Experience in home networking protocols and technologies such as Bluetooth, Matter, Wi-Fi and other.
Experience with broadband product test including DOCSIS, Ethernet, Cable modem standards.
Hands-on experience with device/consumer products test, ideally in high performance applications.
Background on automated product test environments and able to assist in test automation/maintenance when necessary.
Ability to work with technology partner/vendor teams to drive architecture decisions and troubleshoot problems.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Languages: Good knowledge of data science tools, scripting and programming languages.
Working as a Scrum Master with the ability to collaborate closely with development and cross-functional teams to understand and validate complex business and technical requirements.
Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Experience in JIRA tool mandatory (Rally knowledge good to have)
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Prior experience on a scrum team
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment_ What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position -o Scrum Master certification required
Experience in information technology (IT) project management required
Act as a leader to our software development team
Should be a friendly communicative person, because when team is moving fast in Agile, communication is the effective force which holds the team together.
Should be a good coach in Agile practices.
S/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process
Successfully manage a RUN engagement by applying ITIL standards and by managing client expectations through SLA.
Experience on Application Management & Networking projects will be an added advantage but not must.
Management and be aware of KM processes that are necessary to effectively manage RUN.
Responsible for the delivery of all RUN scope activities like Incident, Problem, Environment and Change Management.
Responsible for quality KPIs through corrective and preventive maintenance activities by engaging in RCA process and resolutions.
Need to have Scrum certification
Looking for a highly experienced scrum master - 7+ years
Looking for someone based in or open to relocate to Philadelphia, PA or Mount Laural, NJ - hybrid(3-4 days)
Looking to fill immediately
Run teams and implement ceremonies - mold into scrum/agile methodology
In network engineering domain, telecom experience would be a plus but not required
Certifications like PMP, TMP, ect. are highly preferred
