Your new role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This on-site role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support to internal users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues. The position supports PCs, phones, AV equipment, IT peripherals, and infrastructure within the office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for PCs, phones, IT peripherals, and office infrastructure

Document work thoroughly in the IT incident ticketing system

Respond to escalated incidents from IT Technicians or the Service Desk

Offer technical support during events, conferences, and meetings (on-site and off-site)

Assist with office administration activities and IT-related projects

Collaborate with internal IT teams on various initiatives

Respond to outages involving power, HVAC, and network systems

Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a corporate IT support role

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Word)

Experience supporting Cisco VoIP systems and voicemail

Familiarity with web conferencing platforms, particularly Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Experience with Apple and Android mobile devices and operating systems

Ability to configure and support printers and multifunction devices

Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT incident management tools

Strong network troubleshooting skills

General knowledge of server/network room operations (e.g., patching, racking, power/cooling evaluation)

Experience supporting audio-visual equipment

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to contribute to project documentation and team initiatives

Willingness to travel for business and work independently across multiple office locations

Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs

Availability to work on-site as required
