About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, client-facing Technical Project Manager, preferably with a strong background in medical technology and healthcare environments. This role requires a dynamic communicator who thrives on enabling transformation across enterprise portfolios, especially within the rapidly evolving MedTech domain. You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders, cross-functional delivery teams, and external partners to ensure strategic project alignment, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the primary PMO interface for medical technology clients, understanding their business drivers, organizational priorities, and regulatory landscape.
- Lead stakeholder meetings, executive presentations, and status reviews with clarity and confidence.
- Facilitate change communications and team alignment in sensitive healthcare delivery contexts.
Strategic Program Delivery
- Collaborate with clients to define project roadmaps aligned with business and patient-centric goals.
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle governance across digital health and clinical data platforms.
- Apply lean and scaled agile delivery models tailored to the MedTech environment.
Regulatory-Aware PMO Leadership
- Ensure PMO practices accommodate compliance with FDA, HIPAA, MOR, and ISO standards.
- Maintain rigorous documentation, traceability, and scope control to support audit readiness.
Process Optimization & Portfolio Management
- Lead efficiency initiatives in R&D, clinical operations, and go-to-market programs.
- Reduce tool sprawl and siloed data while supporting cost optimization and modernization.
- Implement robust dashboards and KPls to track delivery outcomes and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of PMO or project leadership experience, preferably with at least 2 years in the medical technology, healthcare, or life sciences sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to distill complexity for executive and technical audiences alike.
- Certifications preferred: PMP, SAFe, CSM, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, SAP PPM, MS Project, and MedTech-specific systems (e.g., eQMS, PLM platforms) is a plus.
