Description
The deposits pricing team is looking for a Scrum Master for a USDC in Charlotte or TX. This team supports the applications that supports the % that determines the fees/interest earned. They will be supporting teams that build the UI for the business to use to build the pricing and then they build the backend API/Web Services. They are rebuilding their platform and moving off on vendor products which has created additional workload for the team. Description: Facilitating scrum ceremonies, managing sprints and PIs, creating or assisting with the creation of stories Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization; coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove them by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Assisting with internal communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog. Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style, and leading by example. Primary Skill Agile Coach Secondary Skill Agile tools (Jira) Tertiary Skill Required Skills At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for development team. User story creations. Experience with Kanban and Scrum. Excellent communication skills Desired Skills Project management experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
