Title: Workday HCM Functional Consultant Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)

Description:
Seeking a Workday HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, and Compensation. Candidate will handle configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, and user support. Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements:

5 8+ years HRIS experience, 4+ years in Workday HCM functional roles.
Experience with large/global clients (Meta or similar preferred).
Workday HCM certification a plus.
Onsite in Fremont, CA (no remote option).
