Provide Level 3/4 support for GitHub production issues, including repository access, permissions, branch protection errors, and workflow failures.

Troubleshoot and resolve GitHub admin-level incidents, working with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams as needed.

Regularly troubleshoot tickets of varying complexity, progressing open tickets with timely, high-quality replies.

Review and support critical configuration changes, such as repo visibility, Actions usage, and admin settings.
