Summary

We re seeking a GIS Architect/Demographer with strong experience supporting K 12 boundary planning, enrollment forecasting, and ArcGIS-based geospatial solutions. This role supports district-wide planning initiatives, including attendance zone updates, demographic analysis, and long-range facility planning.

*This role can be fully Remote*

Responsibilities

Lead ArcGIS configuration, data loading, and governance for K 12 operational planning.
Conduct boundary planning, demographic modeling, and spatial analysis.
Maintain attendance boundary maps, feeder patterns, and planning layers.
Collaborate with GIS analysts, planners, and data teams to support district operations.
Utilize ArcGIS Pro, geocoding, network analyst tools, and web mapping apps.

Top Skills

6+ years GIS experience
K 12, higher ed, or public sector GIS background strongly preferred.
Strong ArcGIS Pro (Advanced), spatial analysis, data modeling, geocoding.
Experience in boundary planning or school district planning workflows.
SchoolSite Pro experience is a strong plus.
