Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and enhance Calypso modules (Trade, Collateral, Risk, Back Office) for front-to-back trading workflows
Develop custom Calypso engines, workflows, and APIs using Java and Calypso SDK
Support integration with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, or other messaging protocols
Participate in deployment, monitoring, and optimization of Calypso in AWS cloud environments
Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version-controlled deployments using modern DevOps tools
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Ops, Tech, and external vendors
Support Calypso upgrade efforts, bug fixes, and performance tuning

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of enterprise Java development experience in capital markets or financial systems
8+ years of hands-on Calypso development experience across multiple versions and functional modules
Strong experience developing with Calypso APIs, engine customization, and workflow configurations
Hands-on experience deploying and supporting Calypso in AWS Cloud, including EC2, RDS, IAM, etc.
Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, etc.) and cloud-native deployment tools
Experience with capital markets products: FX, IRD, Credit Derivatives, Fixed Income, Repo
Experience with Oracle/PLSQL and integration frameworks like JMS, Kafka, etc.
