Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect
Location: San Ramon, CA/ Beverly Hills/ CA-Onsite
Job Type: Contract
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/EPM/HCM implementation, including at least 3–5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong expertise in one or more Fusion pillars (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, or Projects).
- Proven experience leading discovery workshops and defining Oracle Cloud solution architectures.
Hands-on understanding of:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST/SOAP services
- Extensions (VBCS/PaaS)
- Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, HDL)
- Strong understanding of business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, HCM processes, etc.).
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud Architect or Fusion certification.
- Experience with multi-pillar, multi-country, or enterprise-wide implementations.
- Industry experience (Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Technology, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
