Role: HRIS Administrator
Location: Concord, NC (Hybrid)

Role Summary:
The HRIS System Administrator will manage and optimize the ADP Workforce Now platform, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and efficient HR operations across multiple states. This role supports system enhancements, HR analytics, and compliance while leading HRIS-related projects and integrations.
Position Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain ADP Workforce Now, including user access and permissions.
- Ensure data accuracy through audits, troubleshooting, and updates.
- Develop and manage HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Support HR, Payroll, and Benefits operations and cross-functional projects.
- Lead HRIS upgrades, testing, and new module implementations.
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to compensation analysis, annual merit cycles, and benchmarking.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3 5 years of HRIS administration experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now.
- Experience supporting multi-state HR operations.
- Strong analytical, Excel, and data reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy best practices.
