Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation - Contract or CTP - Remote - $65.00 -$70.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation for a remote opportunity.
Role Description
This is an opportunity to work on a ADM engagement for a client who is 2nd largest staffing company in USA. The job requires your expertise in Paybill solution that is typically used in staffing domain. You will be working closely with business users and IT experts to support Oracle fusion landscape comprising of Oracle Cloud HCM, Finance, PPM modules, 100+ integrations and complex PaaS extensions. The job offers opportunity to show your expertise in bringing efficiencies in business as well as IT processes.
Ensure smooth functioning of Fusion application Project costings, contracts and billing related business processes.
Work with business users to help troubleshoot issues arising out of customizations and delivered functionality
Advise business users on the impacts of adopting newly released features through quarterly patching by Oracle
Provides production support, addressing PPM and Finance issues or process flaws
Liaise with Oracle for any issues in Vanila solution
Drive efficiencies
Skills & Requirements
12 to 14 years of experience as Functional SME
Experience in understanding and developing/troubleshooting PaaS solutions to address requirement gaps,
Very good knowledge and experience working on Oracle Fusion PPM solution modules (Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Foundation, Project Resource Management, Project Billing)
Very Good knowledge of Staffing domain
Prior experience of PeopleSoft Paybill will be preferred
Very good communication and must have worked in client facing roles
