Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning Operations and hands-on experience in the Telecom domain. The candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable ML pipelines and automation frameworks to operationalize AI/ML models in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage end-to-end ML pipelines for model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Implement CI/CD for ML workflows using tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, or Vertex AI Pipelines.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Cloud Architects to automate and optimize ML lifecycle management.
Work with large-scale telecom datasets for model deployment and performance tracking.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and governance of ML systems in production.
Manage infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Support model versioning, retraining, and monitoring to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of total experience with 3+ years in MLOps / ML Engineering.
Telecom domain experience is mandatory.
Strong proficiency in Python, Bash scripting, and SQL.
Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms (Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, or Azure ML).
Expertise in CI/CD, model orchestration, and ML monitoring tools.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps workflows.
Good understanding of DataOps and DevOps integration for ML systems.

Preferred:

Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Databricks, BigQuery).
Exposure to feature store management and model registry frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
